At The Jaggers Group, we believe that everyone can use a little help and perspective from a professional in the field. Our goal is to provide services which are helpful to a vast spectrum of individuals and families. Whether it be our one-on-one counseling, group counseling or our workbooks, we seek to provide individuals and families assistance in navigating many of life's greatest challenges.

Beginning the process of therapy can sometimes feel like navigating uncharted waters – not knowing what to expect or what an experience will be like can be uncomfortable or even scary. There are often many unanswered questions or concerns about therapy, and The Jaggers Group would like to have the opportunity to answer your questions and alleviate your concerns to hopefully turn your outlook about therapy to one of hope, excitement, and empowerment. Quite often, talking with a therapist in an individual setting, and/or with other people in a group setting, can be a powerful source of change in people’s lives and can help them reach their goals.
